Our terms of engagement clearly outline what you receive from us when you engage Nolans and includes our client care obligations.
The following documents explain your rights and responsibilities as a client. The terms also explain the firm's policy on:
- receiving instructions
- billing
- payment
- termination
We aim provide a letter of engagement along with a cost estimate at the start of all new matters.
Nolans Privacy Statement
Nolans may obtain, keep and update personal information about you which you provide.
Nolans will only use this information for:
- providing, monitoring and marketing existing and future law and internet related products and services to you; and
- keeping you informed of developments or opportunities in areas or activities you have previously been interested in or we believe you may be interested in.
You are entitled to access and correct the personal information Nolans holds about you at any time.
You can request to be removed from any Nolans mailing list or similar Nolans service by emailing erniew@nolans.co.nz
