Marie RobertsOur People - Nolans, Gisborne - New Zealand.Marie completed her law degree at the University of Auckland Law School. Marie works in all areas of Family law, including care (custody) and contact (visitation) of children and guardianship disputes; as well as Parenting, Paternity and Protection Orders. She also handles relationship property issues including prenuptial and contracting out agreements. Marie also practices in employment law, handling personal grievances both for employee and employer; employment contracts; dismissal and redundancy processes, and Health and Safety issues.
